bora bora and bogus keyboards

Firstly, this French keyboard is bollocks.  I don't often understand French priorities in life, and I certainly don't in keyboard arrangement.  The numbers are all shift alternates rather than primary options, the semi-colon and exclamation point have higher priority than the period, and the 'm' and ';' are switched.  Oh yes... and 'q' is where the 'a' should be.
